            This notice is provided to you pursuant to the Privacy of Consumer
            Financial Information Act and the Federal Trade Commission’s
            implementing regulation thereunder, 16 CFR Part 313.
             
Collection Sources:

We collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following sources:

        ·   Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others;
                                                        and                        
        ·   Information we receive from a consumer-reporting agency.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our customers
       or former customers to anyone, except as permitted by law.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those
       Employees who need to know that information to provide the requested loan
       Origination services to you.  We maintain physical, electronic and procedural
       safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic
       personal information.

Although we do not make it common practice to disclose nonpublic personal information, the consumer (borrower) has the right to "opt out" of this disclosure if they would like this information disseminated.

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.
